Description:
1. Excessive Storage - The location has junk within the property and at the attached business at the carport. The Resident appears to be running some sort of automobile repair shop at the attached carport/garage area. There are constantly new cars and junk being stored at the carport and in front of the residences as well as in on the lot behind the units. 2. Illegal Dumping - The lot behind the units has debris that is scattered around including trash, wood & metal scrap, dirt piles, broken down vehicles, and other random debris. 3. Abandoned Vehicles - The property has multiple abandoned vehicles on site including a 40+ motorhome which has possible people living in it. On site also is a 20+ motor home where we have seen people living in it. The property also contains multiple vehicles that are broken down and storage trailers that are eye-sores. 4. Abandoned Waste - The carport that is next to the units is constantly filled with abundant waste and clutter including home parts, automobile parts, boxes and trash, etc. 5. Unsafe Living Conditions - Both units are very dilapidated and run down and I believe that there are multiple code infractions within the duplex on the property not to mention two pit bull dogs that often wander around the property without leashes.
