The Resident appears to be running some sort of automobile repair shop at the attached carport/garage area. There are constantly new cars and junk being stored at the carport and in front of the residences as well as in on the lot behind the units. 2. Illegal Dumping - The lot behind the units has debris that is scattered around including trash, wood & metal scrap, dirt piles, broken down vehicles, and other random debris. 3.
