Several people were on location, with vehicles parked on private vacant property and illegally in the alley. Inspection conducted at 2:00 p.m. on wednesday 2/29/12 to determine if the schedule that Huff Ministries web site indicates free meals are provided for up to 100 people on M-W-F at 2 and 3. The ministry also has scheduled sermons. Property is located in a NR-1 zone, where either residential or religous use is allowed as a primary use, but not secondary to each other. (i.e. Primary res does not allow secondary religous and vice versa). Food service is only allowed as a secondary use under a primary cultural use (per LUC). This is not a cultural use. Soup Kitchen (providing free meals for consumption on site) is not allowed in any case.
12/13/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE LPUMPHRE Approved Compliant; permit finaled; food kitchen discontinued.
