07/06/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Site inspection showed an event was occuring in the rear of the property with several people, tables, coinciding with a food kitchen and religous service event as listed on the website. People were parked on property not belonging to Mr. Huff. No compliance review on file; no permit on file for ramada structure. Several refrigerators in use in the outdoor area not screened from the elements, operating in a hazardous condition (wet) and do no appear to be on dedicated circuits.
05/02/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Site inspection at property. The owner, Pastor Huff, was present. The rear outdoor area was set up with many tables with food, food prep areas, storage, and industrial type refrigerators, all under a large assessory canopy well over 120 sq. ft. Several chairs were set up nearby as if for an event. Mr. Huff explained this was his residence; he was advised that he could not operate the food service-soup kitchen at the location. Additionally, the additional operation of religious uses, which is occurring, cannot be secondary to residential, or vise versa. The structure is residential and Mr. Huff's home, so residential use is not allowed in the NR-1 zone.
