09/15/2011 VIOL - FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS CSCHULTZ Correction Required 1. In the D.E.S. office - Pendent sprinkler head too far off wall. NOTE: You will need a permit to move head or heads will need a plan and a permit if adding any heads. 2. OS&Y valve doesn't close completely, nut is breaking. - Shall repair or replace valve. 3. Replace gauges due to age & 3-way valves due to corrosion. - Shall recalibrate or replace gauges and replace 3 way valves.
12/20/2011 INSP - REINSPECTION CSCHULTZ Correction Required Talked to Guy at Allen Fire they are still waiting for Tucson Water to install a valve in the street. The OS&Y valve on the riser will not shut down so they can not do the repairs. Guy has talked to a Mr. Ed Nagy at Tucson Water they keep put the valve install on the back burner this did start back in September 2011.
