04/12/2011 VIOL - FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS CSCHULTZ Correction Required 1. Shall secure all valves to the sprinkler systems by monitoring the system with an approved 24 hour off site system or chain and padlocks. 2. Shall secure all Post Indicator Valve (PIV) with padlocks. 3. Shall repair all PIV's so that indicator part works and show if open or closed. 4. You shall immediately update the access code to the main gate and replace all keys to all gates. If found with an invalid code again, you will be required to install a key switch at the entrance pad. 5. Shall install a thumb turn style lock on front man gate so all visitors can exit property with out the use of a key.
