New and existing buildings shall have approved address numbers, building numbers or approved building identification placed in a position that is plainly legible and visible from the street or road fronting the property. Address numbers shall be in accordance with Pima County address display requirements. _____ Provide address numbers (108) for entrance to suite that are at least 3" in height and visible from the parking lot. TFC 605.1 - Abatement of electrical hazards. Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. _____ Replace outlet in kitchenette with one that is GFCI protected. TFC 605.4 - Multiplug adapters. Multiplug adapters, such as cube adapters, unfused plug strips or any other device not complying with the ICC Electrical Code shall be prohibited. _____ Remove multiplug adaptor serving AV system. TFC 605.4.2 - Power supply. Relocatable power taps shall be directly connected to a permanently installed receptacle. _____ Plug power strips directly into wall outlet (office). Chapter 906, Portable Fire Extinguishers TFC 906.2 - General requirements. Portable fire extinguishers shall be selected, installed and maintained in accordance with this section and NFPA 10. (Professional maintenance yearly, manual inspection monthly, affix a tag to the extinguisher with records of these activities.) _____ Extinguishers shall be inspected by occupant monthly and professionally serviced annually. A tag shall be affixed to the extinguisher with records of these activities.
