AT THE EAST AND WEST END OF THE WALL BEYOND WHERE THE LOTS ACTUALLY END THE WALL WAS NOT GROUTED, DID HAVE REBAR EVERY FOUR FEET, BUT IS PROBABLY CONSIDERED A SCREEN WALL. TOP OF THE WALL WAS VISABLE WITH NO CAP BLOCK SO THAT CELLS COULD BE EASILY VEIWED. WALL MEASURES 5'-6" AT THE LOWEST POINT, UP TO 8 FT AT THE TALLEST POINT. |
