LEE RAY FELT A NOV WOULD NOT BE REQUIRED. ** SPOKE WITH TRACY AFTERWARDS, EXPLAINED LEE RAYS THOUGHTS ON THE RETAINING PORTION OF THE WALL BEING ABLE TO CARRY 8 FEET OF WALL ABOVE THE RETAINING, TRACY GAVE THE OK TO CLOSE OUT ALL CASES ON THE WALL . NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE. |

WALL APPEARS TO BE BUILT PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION OF THE HOMES HOWEVER A PERMIT NUMBER HAS NOT BEEN FOUND. DOCUMENTS SHOW THAT A PORTION OF THE WALL IS ENGINEERED FOR A RETAINING WALL. ** SPOKE WITH CLAYTON T AT DSD, CLAYTON ALSO COULD NOT FIND A PERMIT ASSSUMES THAT THE WALL WAS BUILT WITHOUT A PERMIT. |
