LEE RAY MENTIONED A 2 FT RETAINING WALL WOULD CARRY 8-10 FT ABOVE THE RETAINING PORTION. WEEP HOLES FOR THE YARD AREAS IS AT 32"-36" ABOVE GRADE. LEE RAY FELT A NOV WOULD NOT BE REQUIRED.
** SPOKE WITH TRACY AFTERWARDS, EXPLAINED LEE RAYS THOUGHTS ON THE RETAINING PORTION OF THE WALL BEING ABLE TO CARRY 8 FEET OF WALL ABOVE THE RETAINING, TRACY GAVE THE OK TO CLOSE OUT ALL CASES ON THE WALL . NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE.
11/04/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved **11/14/2011 RESEARCH SHOWS THAT THE SUB DIVISION TO THE NORTH IS PALM GROVE CLUSTERS TOWNHOMES AND DIVIDES THE PALM GROVES FROM THE FREESTONE TERRACE SUB DIVISIONS. WALL APPEARS TO BE BUILT PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION OF THE HOMES HOWEVER A PERMIT NUMBER HAS NOT BEEN FOUND. DOCUMENTS SHOW THAT A PORTION OF THE WALL IS ENGINEERED FOR A RETAINING WALL.
** SPOKE WITH CLAYTON T AT DSD, CLAYTON ALSO COULD NOT FIND A PERMIT ASSSUMES THAT THE WALL WAS BUILT WITHOUT A PERMIT.
