Description:
A gentleman is renting a trailer that is falling apart. A single mother and her four children are living in this establishment. The roof is ready to collapse into the dwelling. The floor in the bathroom is sinking in. There is a tarp over the roof and cylinder blocks to hold down the tarp. The blocks are now causing the roof to severely start to cave in. Pipes are showing in back bedroom. There are wires sticking out. Trash is all over the trailer park.
