10/20/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved WENT TO THE SITE DUE TO THE OWNER CALLING AND WANTED SOME OF THE ITEMS CHECKED BEFORE COVERING UP. THE FLOOR IN THE BATHROOM AREA HAS BEEN REPAIRED, THE AC HAVE BEEN REPAIRED AND NOW HAVE CORDS TO PLUG INTO REGULAR OUTLETS INSIDE THE TRAILER, PLUMBING UNDER THE TRAILER HAS BEEN REPAIRED CHANGING A TEE THAT WAS BROKEN, REAR DOOR HAS BEEN UNSCREWED AND NOW HAS STEPS, THE CEILING IN THE BATHROOM HAS BEEN REPAIRED ON THE FRAMING AND READY TO COVER WITH DRYWALL, THE ELECTRICAL HAS THE BOX IN THE CLOSET SECURED AND THE WIRING IS PROTECTED WITH CONDUIT, THE OPENING IN THE CLOSET HAS BEEN COVERED AND NOT ABLE TO SEE THE GROUND LEVEL AND A SMOKE DETECTOR HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN THE SLEEPING AREA. HE WILL CALL WHEN OTHER ITEMS COMPLETED TO BE RENT READY TO OCCUPPY. WILL KEEP SAME FOLLOW UP DATE FOR THE NEXT INSPECTION UNLESS CALLED BEFORE THAT DATE. RV.
10/07/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved CAME BACK TO SITE AND THE TENANT WAS FINISHING UP REMOVING THE ITEMS OUT OF THE TRAVEL TRAILER. ONCE THE TRAILER WAS VACATED TOOK PICTURES AND DAMAGE WAS DONE WHEN THE TENANT LEFT. THE OWNER OF THE TRAILER WAS ALSO TAKING PICTURES AND STARTED TO SECURE THE TRAILER. THE FRONT DOOR WAS SCREWED SHUT AND THE WINDOWS WERE ALSO SCREWED SHUT. HE WAS GOING TO MAKE REPAIRS ON THE TRAILER AND WAS STATING THAT THE TENANT DID SOME OF THESE REPAIRS NEEDED AND BEING REQUIRED. ONCE THE TRAILER WAS SECURED I LEFT THE SITE. WILL CHECK IN 30 DAYS.
10/07/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved DID N.O.V. AND MET WITH THE MANAGER OF THE TRAILER PARK. WENT OVER THAT THE TRAVEL TRAILER IS SUPPOSE TO BE VACANT AND THE TENANT WAS STILL IN THE TRAILER WITH THE ITEMS STILL IN THE TRAILER. I MET WITH THE TENANT AND SHE WAS ASKING FOR MORE TIME AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS ALREADY GIVEN. THE TRAILER WAS NOT VACATED YESTERDAY WHICH WAS GOING TO BE AND WAS GIVEN UNTIL TODAY FOR THE TENANT TO MOVE THE ITEMS OUT. THE MANAGER WHO OWNS THE TRAILER SIGNED ALL THE PAPER WORK AND WAS GOING TO REMAIN ON THE PROPERTY UNTIL IT'S VACATED. I HAD TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY FOR ANOTHER CALL AND DID THE POSTING OF THE TRAVEL TRAILER "DO NOT ENTER NOT FIT TO OCCUPY" AND PUT ON THE DOOR. BOTH THE TENANT AND THE OWNER WERE TOLD THAT I WOULD BE BACK ONCE I FINISH THE OTHER CALL. ALL ULTILITIES WERE REMOVED WHILE ON SITE. THE WATER WAS TURNED OFF AT THE HOSE BIBB, THE ELECTRICAL WAS REMOVED AT THE PEDISTAL AND THE LIFE LINE WAS CUT AT THE CORD AND NOT GAS TO THE SPACE. THE WIRING FOR THE AC ADDED WAS ALSO REMOVED. RV.
