07/18/2011 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT BWIESE Approved Villa hermosa senior living. Group functions area. 4" HOT WATER PIPE separated at elbow in roof. Hot water supply turned off to entire complex. Ceiling had already been opened due to repair work hours prior. Abracadabra restoration co. was already there extracting water and setting up fans. water ran through recessed ceiling lights. Electrician called to inspect lights prior to restoring power. Electrical report required for my files. Some ceiling drywall damage. No damage to any living quarters. Living quarters are only without hot water till pipe repaired. No residents displaced.
08/04/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE BWIESE Approved Electrical fixtures were inspected by Cascade Electric. Invoice in folder. Spervisor says no damage. Elec system should be fine. Close Case
