There are always different families residing in the residence for approx. 2-3 days then another family comes and stays. the older lady who we believe qualified for sec. 8 is rarely there. their animals and children run all over the streets at all times of day/night. When it is time for sec. 8 to check the house they spend approx 3 days cleaning and moving huge loads of items including furniture and personal belongings out. the lady returns for the inspection. once the inspection is complete everything and everybody returns.
