Girlfriend had not paid utility bills and was also arrested by TPD. Mr. Briscoe is currently staying with his mother (wilmot & golf links) Structure inside, and exterior of the property both well kept. Did find that there were no utilities to the structure (gas, water & electric) Emergency NOV and order to vacate was issued to the occupant and posted on the front window next to front door. Mr Briscoe signed for NOV and left the premises at the same time I had departed. Copy of NOV placed in case packet. Schedule a f/u inspection for 6/14/2011 |
