| 05/24/2011 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | visited site, met with occupant Larry Briscoe, mentioned he was on the lease for the propertym mentioned he drives trucks for a living, was recently on a trip, had girlfriend staying at the property with him, when he returned from trip (past Saturday) found his property damaged and minor damage to the structure. Girlfriend had not paid utility bills and was also arrested by TPD. Mr. Briscoe is currently staying with his mother (wilmot & golf links) Structure inside, and exterior of the property both well kept. Did find that there were no utilities to the structure (gas, water & electric) Emergency NOV and order to vacate was issued to the occupant and posted on the front window next to front door. Mr Briscoe signed for NOV and left the premises at the same time I had departed. Copy of NOV placed in case packet. Schedule a f/u inspection for 6/14/2011 |
