Water service piping from meter to trailer is PVC pipe, is leaking and not bonded. Water heater not installed to code: heater is not rated for trailer use, electrical connections are exposed and connected to extension cord running into interior of trailer, TPRV valve not installed properly, water connections leaking. Sewer piping is not supported under trailer and sits on bricks in places, with several ups and downs along length. Air conditioning unit on rear of trailer connected with extension cord instead of permanent wiring. Cooler on front of unit is also connected with extension cord; support is dilapidated. Boarded window on west side of trailer.
06/29/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE LPUMPHRE Approved No compliance; large piles of refuse (demolished trailer) is left on lot. Demolition without permit. Citation will be issued to Eddie Collins. Owner has posted a forcible detainer summons on the property with the court date set at 7/1/11.
