complaint came by Maricruz Valenzuela manager of Del Moral Town Homes he states Las Montanas who is managed by Case Enterprise decided to put up a fence to separate properties, his concern is that they blocked an entrance so now Del Moral Apartments only has one entrance and exit to both the properties he states he has 152 units and Las Montanas has about 200+units. His concern is the access needed for emergencies. also the fire hydrants and access to them with this fence up
