Cooling facilities shall be installed and maintained in a safe condition and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, and shall be capable of providing adequate cooling, appropriate for the climate, to assure a safe living environment. Evaporative cooling shall be maintained to be free of excessive rust, corrosion or mineral deposits that limit proper operation. Any mounting apparatus for a cooling facility must be structurally sound. Mechanical fans or portable evaporative cooling devices may only be used on a temporary basis as the sole source of cooling when the permanent cooling system is being repaired or replaced. |

Was called buy Mr Navarro Occupant on 09/24/2010 and he stated the A/C started blowing heat at around 6 PM on 09/23/2010. I called and talked to the Manager Margaeita and she stated that they went to the apartment and yes it was blowing heat. They are going to repalce the motor and the compresser now. Will check back next week to see if the A/C is working properly. |
