Was unable to find a problem with the A/C at the time of inspection. Was called buy Mr Navarro Occupant on 09/24/2010 and he stated the A/C started blowing heat at around 6 PM on 09/23/2010. I called and talked to the Manager Margaeita and she stated that they went to the apartment and yes it was blowing heat. They are going to repalce the motor and the compresser now. Will check back next week to see if the A/C is working properly. |
