09/08/2010 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | DCOX | Approved | Spoke to the property owner today and he was working on a Re-Zoning and claims his Architect did a cut-n-run on him taking with him a great deal of the owners money. He has hired another Architect and is proceeding, expecting to take a few months to navigate through the process at PDSD. Records indicate the tenant attempted to obtain a C of O however PDSD is holding it hostage for a sign code violation from 9 years ago. Neither the owner nor the tenant were connected to the property at that time. I suggested he speak to someone of higher authority at PDSD with regard to the unrealted decade old sign violation. |
