06/08/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went by address today and little has changed. I called David Rivera in the Zoning Department of PDSD and he stated that the PO has not done anything recently to obtain legal status for the business operation. David stated that unless the PO is able to obtain an "Non-Conforming" status the type of business would be prohibited and the current business operation would be forced to cease and decist. I left a message with Bill Balak to see if he has had any contact or interaction with the PO. Awaiting response from Balak prior to calling PO.
