OWNER SHOWED UP TO PROPERTY AND GRANTED US ENTRY INTO THE SHED. INTERIOR OF THE STRUCTURE SHOWS 1 BED AND CLOTHING, T.V., FAN, AND RADIO, EMPTY FOOD CONTAINERS. OWNE RSAYS THE TENANT STAY ON THE PROPERTY TO KEEP IT FROM BEING BROKEN INTO. I EXPLAINED THE VIOLATIONS AND CALLED MY SUPERVISOR CARLOS P. HE CONFIRMED TO CONDEM THE UNIT. ALSO NOTED WAS A GARAGE BEING BUILT WITHOUT PERMITS. EVIDENT BY STUD 2X4'S OVER SPAN, NO HANGERS IN PLACE, LATH BEING DONE WITHOUT PROPER NAILING. I GAVE A STOPN WORK ORDER AND A N.O.V FOR THE GARAGE, AND CONDEMED THE SHED. AND POSTED ALONG WITH A NOTICE OF VIOLATION TO THE OWNER. |
