2 MEN OUTSIDE IN YARD STATE THEY DO NOT LIVE THER. THEN THEY CHANGED THERE STORY AND SAID THEY STAY THERE ONCE IN WHILE. TENAT LOCKED THE DOOR TO THE INTERIOR. HE SAYS HE WILL WAIT FOR THE OWNER TO COME TO OPEN IT, OWNER IS ON HIS WAY. OWNER SHOWED UP TO PROPERTY AND GRANTED US ENTRY INTO THE SHED. INTERIOR OF THE STRUCTURE SHOWS 1 BED AND CLOTHING, T.V., FAN, AND RADIO, EMPTY FOOD CONTAINERS. OWNE RSAYS THE TENANT STAY ON THE PROPERTY TO KEEP IT FROM BEING BROKEN INTO. I EXPLAINED THE VIOLATIONS AND CALLED MY SUPERVISOR CARLOS P. HE CONFIRMED TO CONDEM THE UNIT.
ALSO NOTED WAS A GARAGE BEING BUILT WITHOUT PERMITS. EVIDENT BY STUD 2X4'S OVER SPAN, NO HANGERS IN PLACE, LATH BEING DONE WITHOUT PROPER NAILING. I GAVE A STOPN WORK ORDER AND A N.O.V FOR THE GARAGE, AND CONDEMED THE SHED. AND POSTED ALONG WITH A NOTICE OF VIOLATION TO THE OWNER.
