MET WITH TENANT BRANDY DOE WOH ALLOWED ENTRY, BRANDY ADMITTED THAT SHE DID NOT ALLOW OWNER TO ENTER THE PROPERTY TO MAKE REPAIRS. ASKED WHEN SHE WOULD ALLOW HIM IN TO MAKE REPAIRS, MS DOVE WAS NOT SPECIFIC, MENTIONED MAYBE ON FRIDAY 6/18/10.WHILE INSIDE FOUND POWER HAD BEEN TURNED OFF BY TEP. BRANDY MENTIONED THAT BOYFRIEND HAD POWER TURNED OFF AND THEN CALLED CPS. CPS TO CONDUCT AN INSPECTION CONCERNING BRANDY'S 3 CHILDREN. ISSUED AND POSTED A EMERGENCY NOTICE TO VACATE FOR LACK OF POWER, NOTICE SIGNED FOR BY MANAGER TERON. NOTICE POSTED ON TH EINTERIOR OF WINDOW FOR UNIT #114. ASKED TENANT IF SHE WOULD REQUIRE LIVING ASSISTANCE, BRANDY MENTIONED SHE WAS STAYING WITH GRANDMOTHER. EXPLAINED CONDIITONS OF THE NOV, BRANDY MENTIONED SHE UNDERSTOOD, EXPLAINED TO MANAGER THAT NOTICE HAD TO REMAIN POSTED. ASKED MANAGER THERON TO BE SURE TENANT WAS OUT OF THE UNIT ONCE MEETING WITH CPS WAS COMPLETED. OWNER WAS INFORMED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE TENANT TO ENTER AND MAKE ALL REPAIRS, BUT NOT TO ENTER UNTIL EVICTION NOTICE IS OBTAINED AND ISSUED TO TENANT OR UNTIL TENANT MOVES OUT. 07/01/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GGOODMAN Approved Revisited site, found unit remains vacant and secured. Spoke to manager Theron who mnetioned tenant has been scene inside the unit during evening hrs , TPD has been called but arrive too late. manager has posted a sign inside unit window asking tenant to make arrangements with management to enter the unit. Tenat now 90 days behind on rent, paperwork for the courts has not been filed. Tenant told manager she would remove belongings by 7/02/2010
