Spoke to manager Theron who mnetioned tenant has been scene inside the unit during evening hrs , TPD has been called but arrive too late. manager has posted a sign inside unit window asking tenant to make arrangements with management to enter the unit. Tenat now 90 days behind on rent, paperwork for the courts has not been filed. Tenant told manager she would remove belongings by 7/02/2010
