Description:

Roof leaks in the master bedroom. Recent rains last week caused further interior damage. Management says the leak is fixed, and then the roof leaks again when it rains. Kitchen lights spark when the switch is turned on. Bathroom tiles do not stay attached to the shower wall. (Mold growing in the shower - caller told we do not inspect for mold). Stover burners not functioning correctly - caller told we can not assist with appliances. Tenant states he has not been offered another unit to live in. He feels it is unsafe to live in the apartment. He has a younger son living with him.
