REAR OF BUILDING NEW INSTALL OF 4 INCH ABS PIPING FOR WASHING MACHINE. ELECTRICAL SUB PANEL HAS UNAPPROVED WRING METHODS, CONDUCTOR PENETRATING THE EXTERIOR WALL INTO THE INTERIOR IS NOT PROTECTED. CONDUIT REQUIRED. MET WITH OWNER ON SITE, WE DISCUSSED LACK OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY AND THE PROCESS TO OBTAIN PERMITS. OWNER STATED HE HAS NEVER HAD A C OF 0, BUT DID PERMIT THE KITCHEN AND GARAGE REAR OF THE BUILDING. OWNER WAS GIVEN DIRECTION ON APPLYING FOR THE C OF 0 PERMIT AND GIVEN INFORMATION ON THE RE INSPECTION FEES. AT THIS TIME THERE ARE NO LIFE SAFTY ISSUES. WILL RESEARCH RECORDS AT DSD. |
