ELECTRICAL SUB PANEL HAS UNAPPROVED WRING METHODS, CONDUCTOR PENETRATING THE EXTERIOR WALL INTO THE INTERIOR IS NOT PROTECTED. CONDUIT REQUIRED.

MET WITH OWNER ON SITE, WE DISCUSSED LACK OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY AND THE PROCESS TO OBTAIN PERMITS. OWNER STATED HE HAS NEVER HAD A C OF 0, BUT DID PERMIT THE KITCHEN AND GARAGE REAR OF THE BUILDING. OWNER WAS GIVEN DIRECTION ON APPLYING FOR THE C OF 0 PERMIT AND GIVEN INFORMATION ON THE RE INSPECTION FEES. AT THIS TIME THERE ARE NO LIFE SAFTY ISSUES. WILL RESEARCH RECORDS AT DSD.
