Apartment front and terrace doors have gaps. Frames never fixed correctly. Some areas of the doors have 1/2" gaps. Cold air is getting inside the unit. Maintenance personnel on site have never fixed the doors correctly. Constant termite problem. Ceiling has discoloration from a previous flood from the upstairs unit. Tenant has lived in this apartment for three months. Mold growing inside unit. Tenant was told we do not inspect or treat mold. Tenant given the Pima County West Nile Hotline number to report the green pool & spa on site.

Hall to bathroom has a crack on corner bead and it will be sealed. Checked bedroom window and questioned why it rattled and due to the age and type of window - single glaze. Has a crack on drywall meeting aluminum frame at slider and it will be caulked. Globe missing in bedroom closet and storage room and will be replaced with new. Has complaint on stove and refrigerator and they have been replaced. Manager will clean under stove and refrigerator and on top of kitchen cabinets. She wants painting done and nothing will be done. Will check in 7 days and gave cards to manager and tenant. |
