03/04/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Checked weather stripping and working at this time. She showed me other items not addressed and met with management to let them know. Had where texture not sealed at corner, lens cracked at bathroom sink and carpet pulled where floor is cracked. Will follow up in 10 days.
02/19/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to site and met with tenant and friend, management, maintenance and called Richard Diaz as witness. Went over issues to check if completed. All issues were addressed plus added items as new toilet seat, blinds in bedroom and toilet sealed at base. She wanted other items addressed, which unable to address under minimum housing codes. There was a weather stripping in front door binding and will be repaired. Went to Ward Office and met with Kathy Moss and Amanda. They will be meeting with her also. Will follow up in 10 days.
02/11/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with tenant and supervisor, Rick Saldate, to go over violation. Tenant feels that Inspector not enforcing codes. Rick went over case with her and she was not happy with results of not enforcing codes she wanted written up. Complex is already working on repairs and she refused yesterday on maintenance doing repairs. Met with management and repairs will be completed by next week. Will follow up in 7 days.
