Speedway Bl Tucson, AZ. 85710 RE: Fire Lane Dear Mr. Roberts The Tucson Fire Department has conducted a fire safety inspections at the above stated property on October 29, 2009. At that time a notice was issued certified mail indicating the corrections required to provide compliance with the applicable codes, regulations and ordinances. Subsequent re-inspections were conducted on November 25, 2009, and December 15, 2009. Several phone calls have also been exchanged regarding the fire lane. Time extensions were also granted to get contractor to bid and schedule the work. We have been unable to gain voluntary compliance. This letter is to inform you that if the above stated necessary corrections have not been completed by December 29, 2009 a citation will be issued which will require an appearance by you in court with a probable fine.
