11/09/2009 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT DCOX Approved Visited site today. There were 12 automobiles parked in the front yard and driveway. None of the vehicles presented as a JMV. All tires were inflated and none were damaged or dismantled in any manner. All vehicles appeared to be in operable condition and most were currently registered. There were a few that were parked in a manner that the license plates were not visible. No evidence of a home occupation. No evidence of a home occupation. A NOV will be issued to remove those automobiles which are not currently registered and or inoperable.
12/08/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE DCOX Approved Site visit today revealed all vehicle start and are drivable thereby excluding them for the JMV ordinance. The owner indicated he would most likely begin selling the vehicles for personal reasons he did not state. There is no kind of home occupation at this residence as neighbors/complainants allege. Case closed.
