Site visit today revealed all vehicle start and are drivable thereby excluding them for the JMV ordinance. The owner indicated he would most likely begin selling the vehicles for personal reasons he did not state. There is no kind of home occupation at this residence as neighbors/complainants allege. Case closed. |
