09/30/2009 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT JVALDEZ Approved MAJOR FIRE DAMAGE TO THE ATTACHED GARAGE, ENTIRE ROOF SYSTEM HAS COLLAPSED INSIDE THE FLOOR AREA OF THE GARAGE. THE LOAD BEARING WALLS HAVE BOWED OUTWARD. THE ROOF COVERING WAS MADE UP OF WHAT APPEARS TO BE CLAY TYPE TILES. ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS, WIRING WERE DAMAGED DUE TO THE FIRE AND THE COLLAPSE ROOF STRUCTURE. THE WATER HEATER GAS TYPE WAS IN FIRE ZONE AND WAS DAMAGED. LAUNDRY ROOM DOOR WAS DAMAGED BY FIRE, INTERIOR OF THE DWELLING HAS INSPECTION HOLES FROM 2 FEET IN DIAMETER TO 5 FEET IN DIAMETER. SEVER SMOKE DAMAGE TO THE INTERIOR OF THE DWELLING. TEP PULLED THE METER NO POWER TO THE BUILDING SWG PINNED THE METER OFF FENCE COMPANY WAS CALLED OUT TO FENCE THE FRONT PERIMETER OF THE GARAGE AREA, A FENCE WAS ERECTED FROM THE NORTH PATIO WALL TO THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE BEDROOM. THE DWELLING WAS POSTED UNFIT TO OCCUPY AND CONDEMNED PERMITS REQUIRED FOR ALL REPAIRS STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING PERMITS REQUIRED.
06/24/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE RDIAZ Approved 6/24/10 12:48PM, INSPECTOR DIAZ FRIST INSPECTION OF SITE OF HOUSE FIRE. HOUSE IS UNOCCUPIED AND STILL UNDER REPAIR. PROPERTY IS NO LONGER A HAZARD, NO VIOLATIONS, ALL BURNED MATERIALS AND FENCE HAVE BEEN REMOVED. ALL YARDS PRESENTABLE IN APPEARANCE. ALL PERMITS HAVE BEEN OBTAINED AND APPROVED. PERMIT # T10CM00035 (LUCAS ROGERS, BOULDER CANYON BUILDERS INC, ORACLE, AZ CONTRACTOR) IN COMPLIANCE CLOSE CASE.
