ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS, WIRING WERE DAMAGED DUE TO THE FIRE AND THE COLLAPSE ROOF STRUCTURE. THE WATER HEATER GAS TYPE WAS IN FIRE ZONE AND WAS DAMAGED. LAUNDRY ROOM DOOR WAS DAMAGED BY FIRE, INTERIOR OF THE DWELLING HAS INSPECTION HOLES FROM 2 FEET IN DIAMETER TO 5 FEET IN DIAMETER. SEVER SMOKE DAMAGE TO THE INTERIOR OF THE DWELLING.

FENCE COMPANY WAS CALLED OUT TO FENCE THE FRONT PERIMETER
OF THE GARAGE AREA, A FENCE WAS ERECTED FROM THE NORTH PATIO WALL TO THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE BEDROOM.

THE DWELLING WAS POSTED UNFIT TO OCCUPY AND CONDEMNED

PERMITS REQUIRED FOR ALL REPAIRS
