Description:
Resident allows cactus to overgrow onto the sidewalk. The cacti at times has grown halfway across the sidewalk. Neighbors have cleared it all off, however they don't think they should have to do this on a regular basis. Currently there are 3 cacti encroach the sidewalk. This is a neighborhood where lots of people walk their dogs in the evening and this is a safety issue as there are no street lights in the area. There are several folks who use walkers in this area also - they couldn't easily pass this without going into the gravel area or the street.
