Neighbors have cleared it all off, however they don't think they should have to do this on a regular basis. Currently there are 3 cacti encroach the sidewalk. This is a neighborhood where lots of people walk their dogs in the evening and this is a safety issue as there are no street lights in the area. There are several folks who use walkers in this area also - they couldn't easily pass this without going into the gravel area or the street. |
