An abandoned house just east of 309 E. Waverly. Two abandoned vehicles in the front, crumbling brick walls on side and back. Also, a crumbling brick guest house where vagrants are obviously living or spending the night. This house backs up to Mansfield Park and really looks like a ‘hazard’. Kids could walk right in.

THE MAIN HOUSE IS UNSECURED DUE TO MISSING OR BROKEN WINDOWS THE DETACHED STRUCTURE REAR OF PROPERTY HAS A ROOF SYSTEM THAT IS DETERIORATED AND UNSERVICEABLE ALL WOOD MEMBERS MUST BE REPLACED THE DOOR IS MISSING AND THE WINDOW PANES ARE BROKEN. BLOCK PERIMETER WALL HAS A 40 FOOT SECTION THAT IS DAMAGED AND HAS COLLAPSED. REAR GATE IS MISSING ALLOWING ACCESS FOR TRESPASSERS.
