THE DETACHED STRUCTURE REAR OF PROPERTY HAS A ROOF ASSEMBLY THAT IS DETERIORATED AND UNSERVICEABLE ALL WOOD MEMBERS MUST BE REPLACED THE DOOR IS MISSING AND THE WINDOW PANES ARE BROKEN. BLOCK PERIMETER WALL HAS A 40 FOOT SECTION THAT IS DAMAGED AND HAS COLLAPSED. THE MAIN HOUSE IS UNSECURED DUE TO MISSING OR BROKEN WINDOWS THE DETACHED STRUCTURE REAR OF PROPERTY HAS A ROOF SYSTEM THAT IS DETERIORATED AND UNSERVICEABLE ALL WOOD MEMBERS MUST BE REPLACED THE DOOR IS MISSING AND THE WINDOW PANES ARE BROKEN. BLOCK PERIMETER WALL HAS A 40 FOOT SECTION THAT IS DAMAGED AND HAS COLLAPSED. REAR GATE IS MISSING ALLOWING ACCESS FOR TRESPASSERS. THE PROPERTY IS VACANT AND NEGLECTED WINDOW OPENINGS ARE MISSING OR BROKEN THIS PROPERTY IS UNSAFE AND CONSIDERED TO BE AN ATTRACTIVE NUISANCE FOR CHILDREN OR HARBOR TRESPASSERS. THE STRUCTURE WAS FOUND VACANT AND LACKING PROPER SIGNAGE, THERE ARE NO TRESPASSING SIGNS GRASS AND WEEDS EXCEED 6" IN HEIGHT IN THE ALLEY REAR OF PROPERTY TO INCLUDE REFUSE BLOCK PERIMETER WALL HAS A 40 FOOT SECTION THAT IS DAMAGED AND HAS COLLAPSED. 1.
