MRS JOHNSON MENTIONED CARE GIVER DOES NOT TYPICALLY STAY OVER NIGHT, HOWEVER THERE IS A DAY BED IN THE STRUCTURE. KITHEN AND BATH HAVE BEEN ADDED, KITCHEN NOT A FULL KITCHEN WITH CABINETS AND COUNTER TOPS ONLY. JOE GARCIA MENTIONED HIS PLAN WAS TO HAVE PLUMER AND ELECTRICIAN EVALUATE THEIR RESPECTIVE SYSTEMS, OWNER HAS PARTIAL DRAWING FOR EXISTING BUILDING, HOWEVER PLUMBING & ELECTRICAL WILL NEED TO BE ADDED OR PLANS COMPLETELY RE DRAWN. |
