12/17/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MET WITH JOE GARCIA ON SITE, PROVIDE HIM WITH PERMITS FOR THE ADDED STRUCTURE AND FOR THE ELECTRICAL UPGRADE TO THE MAIN HOUSE. EXPLAINED THE NEW NOV WAS FOR ADDED ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING TO THE STRUCTURE WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY A SHED. OWNER ALLOWED ENTRY INTO THE BUILDING, IT DID APPEAR IT COULD BE USED FOR THERAPY AS THERE WAS EXERCISE EQUIPMENT IN THE MAIN ROOM AND A WHIRL POOL SPA IN THE BATHROOM. MRS JOHNSON MENTIONED CARE GIVER DOES NOT TYPICALLY STAY OVER NIGHT, HOWEVER THERE IS A DAY BED IN THE STRUCTURE. KITHEN AND BATH HAVE BEEN ADDED, KITCHEN NOT A FULL KITCHEN WITH CABINETS AND COUNTER TOPS ONLY. JOE GARCIA MENTIONED HIS PLAN WAS TO HAVE PLUMER AND ELECTRICIAN EVALUATE THEIR RESPECTIVE SYSTEMS, OWNER HAS PARTIAL DRAWING FOR EXISTING BUILDING, HOWEVER PLUMBING & ELECTRICAL WILL NEED TO BE ADDED OR PLANS COMPLETELY RE DRAWN.
