ENTIRE COMPLEX WITH NO A/C OR HEAT FOR MORE THAN A MONTH; ENTIRE COMPLEX ON CHILLER SYSTEM. POOL CLOSED SINCE LATE OCTOBER 2008. 2nd complaint received 4/17/09: Swimming pool water is green. Pool is locked, but people jump the fence to play in the pool area. Laundry room not clean. Lint not removed from dryers ever. Someone is using the laundry room as a bathroom. Human waste in the space and not cleaned. Spa water not circulating and water smells. AC has not been turned on for the residents. Many are too hot in their individual units. Caller on 4/17/09 wanted to remain anonymous. Had complaints about his unit, but would not grant access or allow inspector to speak with management. He will be moving out within 3 months.
