DETERMINATION IS THAT SYSTEM IS NOT FUNCTIONING OPTIMALLY FOR APARTMENT SPACE. MANAGEMENT LUIS WAS CONTACTED; HE WOULD HAVE A TECHNICIAN OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS. APARTMENT COMPLEX IS ON A MAIN CHILLER SYSTEM. UPDATE: MESSAGE FROM LUIS INDICATED TECHNICIAN NEEDS TO ORDER A REPLACEMENT COIL; IT WILL ARRIVE AND BE REPLACED WITHIN THE WEEK. MANAGEMENT PREVIOUSLY NOTIFIED TO PROVIDE SUPPLEMENTARY COOLING IN THE INTERIM VIA ANOTHER APARTMENT OR PORTABLE A/C. LRP
