A COPY OF THE REPAIR MANIFEST SHALL BE FORWADED TO THE FIRE PREVENTION OFFICE. 1) PROVIDE A CAP FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CONNECTION 2) PRIVIDE 2, HORIZONTAL QUICK RESPONSE SIDEWALL SPRINKLER HEADS FOR THE HEAD BOX 3) PROVIDE SIGNAGE FOR THE MAIN DRAIN 4) CHANGE OUT THE CORRODED DRY PENDANT SPRINKLER HEAD IN THE COOLER 5) IN THE COOKING AREA - AND DISH WASH LINE, SPRINKLER HEADS THAT ARE GREASE LADEN SHALL BE CHANGED OUT. AFTER CHANGING THEY MAY BE COVERED WITH A SMALL BAGGIE TO KEEP THEM CLEAN 6) THE SPRINKLER HEADS THAT ARE DUST LOADEN MAY BE CLEANED WITH A SOFT BRUSH. NO HARSH CHEMICLES CAN BE USED 7) IF THE CONTROL VALVE IS NOT IN A SECURE AREA IT SHALL BE SECURED WITH A LOCK AND CHAIN TO PREVENT TAMPERING 6)
