11/03/2008 INSP - NIGHT JBURGE Approved Night Inspection done on 10/31/2008 at approx. 1745-1815. During my inspection I found a large haunted house and maze constructed with cardboard and black plastic. The black plastic was completely covering the floor and was used as the maze partitions. After speaking with Catain Leach the dicision was made to remove all the combustibles and plastics from the haunted house area. The area was then used as a spooky walkthrough. The clubhouse director Peter Kang will contact TFD prior to constructing the next Haunted House so we can assist him with fire code compliance. ________________________________________________ (John E.
