07/17/2008 VIOL - BUILDING SVCS & SYSTEMS JLONGO Correction Required 605.3 Working space and clearance A working space of not less than 30 inches in width, 36 inches in depth, and 78 inches in height shall be provided in front of electrical service equipment. Where the service equipment is wider than 30 inches, working space shall be no less than the width of the equipment. No storage of any kind shall be located within the designated working space. _____ Maintain proper working space around all electrical panels according to code.
07/17/2008 VIOL - MEANS OF EGRESS JLONGO Correction Required 1008.1.8.5 Unlatching. The unlatching of any door or leaf shall not require more than one operation. _____ The front main entrance door secondary locking device shall be disabled or replaced to meet code standards. I.E. the lock shall release when twisted from the interior side. 1008.1.8.4 Bolt locks. Manually operated flush bolts or surface bolts are not permitted. _____ The slide bolt shall be removed and/or replaced with a approved locking device from the rear egress door.
