Manually operated flush bolts or surface bolts are not permitted. _____ remove the two slide bolts from rear egress door 1008.1.8.5 Unlatching. The unlatching of any door or leaf shall not require more than one operation. _____ Remove the drop bar system from the rear egress door 1011.5.3 Power source. Exit signs shall be illuminated at all times. To ensure continued illumination for a duration of not less than 90 minutes in case of primary power loss, the sign illumination means shall be connected to an emergency power system provided from storage batteries, unit equipment or an on-site generator. The installation of the emergency power system shall be in accordance with Section 2702 of the International Building Code _____ Fix, repair, and bring both exit signs into code compliance 1027.5 Illumination emergency power. The power supply for means of egress illumination shall normally be provided by the premises' electrical supply.
