Windows are boarded at site. Dark screens cover the remaining windows. Possible electrical and plumbing upgrades occuring within the unit without permits. Potnetial safety hazard as gas grill is set-up inside the unit for cooking. TPD has been called to site numerous times for possible illegal activity and noise violations. Sounds of construction work occuring within the unit at early (2 AM) hours.

12/16/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GGOODMAN Approved NOV posted on site. No one home. Found window had been removed and replaced with a new window. Paint and stucco still need to be completed.
