No one home during site visit. Had been in unit 3 months earlier. At that time the flooring was being installed through out the unit. Cabinets had beenr emoved. Plumbing walls had been opened up. Called owner due to this unit requiring 2 plumbing inspections. Windows are coverd with window screens. Newest owner bought unit and needed a lot of work. |
