Building 15 Cooler/electrical: Electric meters tagged off Blue: 15104, 15105, 15105, 15211. Red: 15210, 15206. Blue: 15208, 15209, 15101, 15102 and 15103. Decks, Railing & Stairs: Recently installed deck planks lacking required paint protection. Several panels have sections of wood rot, have rotted out and created holes in decking. Several sections of bottom rail are rusted and detached. Sidewalks: Eastside section on approximately 10 feet. Sewer & Clean Outs: Evidence of back-up at cleans out on west side. Gas meters pinned off 15212, 15106, 15105, 15211, 15104, 15210, 15103, 15209, 15102, 15208 and 15101. H. Lopez 06/10/2008 Roof: Roof shows ponding through out low sots and deteriorating roof coating. Metal edge loose or missing. Old cooler trash & debris left on roof. Middle rear porch outside rafters rotted or deteriorated. Two clips rafters to beams. Coolers/Electrical: Cable lines in conduit not raised off roof - missing blocking. Only 5 of 12 coolers connected only running.
